Master Suite 1
On the main level, steps from the infinity pool, with its own living room and an ocean-view terrace. The bathroom has a handcrafted bathing tub and a private outdoor shower.
A fully staffed nine-bedroom oceanfront villa on its own clifftop point. A lagoon pool around an open-air palapa, a chef cooking three meals a day and a team of butlers — for up to eighteen guests, and nobody else on the property.
Casa Tres Soles sits on a clifftop point at El Banco, just outside Punta de Mita, with 180-degree views of the Pacific and a sandy beach below. The heart of the house is a vast thatched palapa — living room, bar and dining table in one — with a heated lagoon pool curling all the way around it.
Seven suites and two independent casitas give eighteen guests room to spread out, or twenty with small children. Mornings start slowly on the terraces; days go to the pool islands, the beach and the golf courses; evenings belong to the long table under the palapa as the sun goes down over the bay.

From the lawn the view runs across the Bay of Banderas. From roughly November to April humpback whales come into the bay to calve, and you can often watch them from the terrace; the concierge arranges boats for a closer look.
Punta de Mita village, a few minutes away, is a fishing town known for gentle, surfable waves, seafood on the beach and boats out to the Marietas Islands. Guests also have access to Club Punta Mita inside the resort gates — its two Jack Nicklaus golf courses and beach clubs.

A sandy beach curves below the villa's point — good for a walk, a swim on calm days or a kayak.

Humpbacks in the bay from roughly November to April, often visible from the terrace.

Gentle breaks for beginners, famous ones for experts, and the Marietas offshore.

Club Punta Mita: Pacifico and Bahia golf courses, Kupuri Beach Club, Sufi Ocean Club.
An executive chef and kitchen team cook breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, plus snacks between — tortillas made by hand, fresh guacamole, ceviche, ripe fruit and the house's signature cocktails after the pool.
Dinner is served at the eighteen-seat table under the palapa, lit by pillar candles and facing the sunset, or in the air-conditioned dining room on warmer nights. The chef plans menus with you before you arrive; food and drink are charged at cost.

Food and beverage are charged at cost. A deposit of US$180 per person per day is collected in advance and any balance is returned to you at the end of the stay.

Nine bedrooms across the main house and two independent casitas means everyone has a door to close — and a reason to come back to the palapa.

Two main-level guest suites are set up for children and teenagers, the pool has a shallow kids' section, and there are bicycles, pool and beach volleyball and a cinema for movie nights.

Birthdays, anniversaries and reunions with dining for twenty: a fire pit, a bar and themed dinners, all arranged by the concierge.

Club Punta Mita's two Nicklaus courses nearby, a fully equipped gym at home and a massage room for treatments in the villa.

Coffee arrives on your terrace with the bay still flat and grey-blue; in season, the first whale spouts of the day are often out on the horizon.

A long lunch under the palapa, then an afternoon between the loungers on the pool islands, the hot tub and the beach below the point.

Candles lit on the eighteen-seat table, the chef's menu, and the palapa glowing over the water long after the sun has gone.
